Electrical Medical equipments are being complicated with the development of IT technology and the convergence study. Recently,

the accuracy and safety of directly or indirectly involved medical equipments to patient’s health and life is becoming increasingly

important because of the prevalence of Telemedicine and Home-healthcare medical devices. The unpredictable risks will be able to

minimized through the interpretation of Electromagnetic compatibility. In Introduction, purposes and the background was introduced.

And in arecent issues of Home-healthcare field were analyzed from the basic theory of Home-healthcare equipments. Furthermore,

theoretical backgrounds of Electromagnetic compatibility and process and methods of measures for electromagnetic are introduced.

Finally, I wrote certification process through the actual test data.
