This paper proposes an adaptive robot deburring path generation and speed control method based on burr distribution. Burr regions are identified from CAD and measured data, and a burr influence index is defined using burr density and height. Robot speed and tool path are adaptively generated based on this index. The proposed method is validated through experiments.
