In this paper, a torque ripple reduction method of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) using hybrid SVM for direct
torque control (DTC) was proposed. The proposed method can reduce torque ripple at the fixed switching frequency. The
performance of the proposed DTC using hybrid SVM is evaluated and compared with DTC using conventional SVM.
