This research, Its proposed that the self-generation system for exercise equipment might actively generate a pollution-free green

energy as well as eco-friendly simple low-carbon. In addition, the followings would be achieved; the low-carbon green growth, the

health improvement of people and the health care savings. As fitness equipments which are manufactured with highly efficient and,

small sized self-generation technologies are widely distributed, an exercise can make a difference to the progressive concept from

"hard grind" to "fun play sports" and economic activity through sports". Furthermore, it can activate the sports industry in Korea

And create new markets with the expectation of sports exportation. Along with green growth, electrical energy conversion-type

fitness equipment will be able to be developed by using sport activity energy.
