In this paper, an observer based on a flux estimation method is presented. General full-order flux observers are methods using estimate

d- and q-axes currents in a fluxes estimation. Nevertheless, a gain that includes a speed information of a denominator has a problem

of deteriorating the performance since the magnitude of the gain value largely increases in the low speed range. An improved gain

has a stable estimation performance in the wide speed range of low- and high-speed range. This paper verifies the excellence and

stability of a proposed algorithm by using an improved full-order flux observer that has the stable estimation performance through a

simulations.
