본문

 본 논문에서는 IEEE1547-2018 Category3 계통연계규정에 대한 연료전지 시스템의 제어 전략을 제시한다. 계통연계형 발전용 연료전지 시스템은 계통 전원이 불안한 비정상상태(Abnormal Operation)에서도 이를 안정적으로 대응해야한다. 기존의 연료전지 시스템은 IEEE1547-2018 Category1에 유사한 규정이지만, 최근에 신재생 에너지의 보급률이 증가함에 따라 IEEE1547-2018 Category3를 대응할 필요가 있다. 연료전지 DC 전압을 생성하기 위해 동작하는 공기 공급용 VSD (Variable Speed Drive)의 전압을 유지하도록 하는 몇 가지 방안을 제시한다.
