본문

본 논문에서는 2-레벨 및 3-레벨 동작의 조합을 통한 3-레벨 neutral-point clamped (NPC) 인버터의 DC-link 중성점 전류 저감 기법을 제안한다. 3-레벨 인버터에서는 극전압 상태가 0이 될 때 중성점 전류가 발생한다. 중성점 전류는 DC-link 커패시터의 수명을 저하시키고, 커패시터의 수명은 인버터의 신뢰성과 직결되므로 중성점 전류는 저감되어야 한다. 3-레벨 NPC 인버터에서 2-레벨 동작 시 극전압은 0이 되지 않기 때문에 중성점 전류는 생성되지 않는다. 이에 기반 하여, 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법에서는 중성점 전류 저감을 위해 기존의 3-레벨 동작과 2-레벨 동작이 적절히 조합된다. 제안하는 기법은 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다.
