This paper proposes the optimal design using the essential element of basic AC generator which is designed by the basic design

process. In addition, the basic model is selected to compare with the competitor vehicle for the specification. The essential element of

the generator can be searched in accordance with changing the important point. The generator output of the vehicle is increased

owing to the needs of customer. In addition, the electrical convenience devices also are increased in accordance with the environmental

regulation of exhaust gas. For this reason, the fuel efficiency has been researched to improve the reduction of electrical load at the

automotive society. The AC generator of vehicle affects the fuel efficiency and exhaust gas according to the performance and efficiency.

When the charger system is not considered efficiently, the vehicle can occur serious problem. In order to verify the proposed method,

the output factors which consist of the magnetic flux, loss, and output variation are validated through the simulation in this paper. In

addition, the energy balance simulation of the charger and discharger is performed in the actual vehicle system for the validation of

validity.
