본문

본 논문에서는 낮은 전압 변조 영역에서 3-레벨 Neutral-Point Clamped (NPC) 인버터의 중성점 전류 저감 기법을 제안한다. 3-레벨 NPC 인버터는 3가지 극전압(+Vdc, 0, -Vdc) 레벨이 존재하며, 직류단 커패시터를 직렬로 연결되어 극전압을 생성한다. 출력 극전압 상태에 따라 중성점에 출력 전류 가 흐르며, 이 전류가 중성점 전류이다. 중성점 전류는 직류단 커패시터의 리플 전류 성분이며, 커패시터 수명 단축에 주 원인 이 된다. 기존 연구된 중성점 전류 저감 기법은 낮은 전압 변조 지수에 적용 시 출력 전류의 Total harmonic distortion (THD) 가 악화된다. 본 논문에서는 낮은 전압 변조 지수 영역에서 향상된 출력 전류 THD 및 중성점 전류 저감 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 저감 기법의 타당성은 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다.
